You Can Just Walk with the Bag in the Rain Because It Only Dissolves If It is Permanently in the Water or Submerged. Capacity Approx. 3 Litres. the Composition of Polyvinyl Alcohol is Ch2-Ch-Oh & It Splits When Dissolved in Water (H2o) & Carbon (C).
